Do we do appraisals?

Yes, If the item is part of the estate the appraisals are free. If not part of estate sale there is an appraisal fee.

Do we have to declutter prior to consultations?

No, it's best we view items during our walk thru of the home.

How long does the average estate sale last?

3-4 days. Please keep in mind we will need prior access to the home to prepare for the estate sale depending on the size of home and amount of items which is 1-2 weeks prior to sale.
